This is to inform you that the “Hayama Center for Advanced Studies (HCAS) Project Debriefing Sessions" will be held on the following schedule, primarily for the purpose of reporting on the research achievements of the HCAS Projects.

(Reception)
- The reception desk will open at 12:00, January 14 (Thu.), 2010.
- The reception desk will be located at the Auditorium entrance in the Shonan Village
Center (B1F).
- During the program period, the participants must wear a nametag provided at the
reception desk.
(Participation fees)
- Participation fees depend on the type of participation selected in Form 1 " Hayama
Center for Advanced Studies (HCAS) Project Debriefing Session Application Form" to be
submitted in advance. Please remember that fees for attending the dinner on
January 14, for lodging at the Shonan Village Center provided by SOKENDAI, and for a
hotel breakfast on the next morning will be charged in cash at the time of reception.
* For the arrangement of accommodations and dinner, submit the application form by December 10.
Dinner participation fee: 1,700 yen and hotel breakfast charge: 1,300 yen

for travel expenses and free accommodations in accordance with SOKENDAI's Travel
Expense Regulations and Distance Study Travel Expense Request. Participants who
will receive payment for the first time for travel and transportation expenses from
SOKENDAI are requested to complete Form 2 "Local Remittance Registration Application
Form" and e-mail it together with the participation application to the Hayama Office.
-Lunches will not be served on January 15 (Fri.). Restaurants in the Shonan Village Center
and the dining room in SOKENDAI’s Main Building (F1) will be available.
