Due to changes to the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act, several application forms regarding visa have been revised.
Under the revision, you are required to submit an application form made by the organization with an official seal in addition to an application form made by the applicant.
The former shall be issued by Sokendai(the organization) upon your application. Those who require it should fill in the blank of the required form (for organization) and submit it to your department office with Application Form for Certificates.
Please be advised that it takes around a week to receive a form with the official seal after your submission. Please allow us sufficient time to process the application form.

An official seal is necessary for:
- Application for Certificate of Eligibility
- Application for Change of Status of Residence
- Application for Extension of Period of Stay
