Applying to your first internship, post-doc, and/or researcher position can be intimidating. The process of writing a cover letter and CV/resume in English and corresponding by an email can be especially challenging. However, the process can be made easier by being aware of the formats English cover letters and CVs/resumes follow and knowing some tips for attracting the reader's attention. In this CED seminar, we will go over strategies to improve your CV/resume, cover letter, and email writing though group/pair discussion and lecture.
