How to Order Certificates
【Important】Issuance of Certificates from AY 2026
From April 2026 certificate issuance will generally require an online application (Certificate Issuance Service).
Certificates can be collected at convenience stores nationwide (Family Mart, Ministop, Lawson).
Additionally, graduates and others will need to pay an issuance fee of yen500 per certificate.
【Certificate Issuance Service】
After applying online for the necessary certificates, you can pay in cash at the convenience store, use a credit card, or make other multi-payments. Certificates can be issued via the convenience store's multi-copy machine (Convenience Store Issuance Service), mailed to you (Online Application Mail Service) , or sent electronically as an e-certificate.

There is no issuance fee for current students.
